Skyler Ross (b. 2001) is a lens based visual artist based in San Francisco, California who works in photography, video, sculpture and sound. From 2019-2021 she attended Bard College for photography, and in 2024 received her BA in Fine Art from UCLA.
What happens when bodies, both human and natural, intertwine? Skyler's work delves into the delicate dance of connection—how our movements, emotions, and experiences are influenced by the world around us. In a realm where ecosystems thrive, she observes the cycles that mirror our own interrelations, reminding us that we are part of a larger tapestry.
Through the lens of musical harmony, Skyler explores the resonances of interconnectedness, inviting viewers to listen to the symphony of existence. Each piece explores the human experience; a seeks to be spaces that foster love and healing. With exhibitions that resonate with the pulse of her artistic inquiry, Skyler hopes to help others through her work, crafting spaces where connection, emotion, and nature converge.
